ENCINO, CA (April 11, 2012) – Tune in this Friday, April 13, 2011 at 9:00 PM ET/PT on the CBS Television Network to watch superstars pay tribute to one of the most incredible singer/songwriters alive in ACM Presents: Lionel Richie and Friends – In Concert, a special tribute featuring performances by Jason Aldean, The Band Perry, Big & Rich, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Sara Evans and Marc Anthony, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Martina McBride, Tim McGraw, Jennifer Nettles, Rascal Flatts, Kenny Rogers, Darius Rucker, and Blake Shelton – plus a special appearance by Nicole Richie. Ticket proceeds from the live event went to ACM Lifting Lives®.

The ACM PRESENTS: Lionel Richie and Friends - In Concert special features country music collaborations with the legendary Lionel Richie highlighting duets and solo performances with some of today’s most incredible country artists. The show was produced for television by dick clark productions and taped at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas to air on Friday, April 13, 2012 on the CBS Television Network. Orly Adelson and R.A. Clark are executive producers. Barry Adelman is producer, and Bob Bardo is the executive in charge of production. Bob Romeo is executive producer for the Academy of Country Music. Ticket sales from the special benefit ACM Lifting Lives.
