We are experiencing alot of problems with AOL users. Currently, AOL users are unable to view the site through the AOL built-in browser. To view the site, connect to AOL like normal but once you are logged in, minimize the AOL window and open up Internet Explorer on your desktop or by clicking Start > Programs > Internet Explorer.

Goto http://tobykeith.musiccitynetworks.com/?id=1468 to read the instructions on how to configure your browser.

I have AOL but that doesn't seem to be the problem. Everytime I log in it just says the same thing. "Log in failed"

I think what Stephen meant was log in to AOL the normal way
Once you have logged into AOL so you are connected to the net
open IE
use ie to go to the web site of the artist
make sure cookies are being accepted
then log in
if that doesn't work
try turning off any web accelerator you got going
if that doesn't work - post back here
are you dial up?
what OS are you running?
this web site is caching hostle and doesn't support a broad range of browsers and ISP setups.

After a few months of a lot of fans yelling and screaming, MCN finally changed their ipass code to be a little more cache friendly. The problem was not AOL or any other service provider. The problem was the way the ipass code handled things.

I don't think it was AOL either. Like I posted in another thread, I did everything but stand on my head with AOL, to try to access the site thru them. I've never had a problem with AOL that their live help couldn't help me fix before the new forum. Even when I tried to get on thru Explorer, couldn't do it. Just as I was about to give up, I just decided to try to log on a few days later, and, magically, everything worked from then on for me. So I agree with Windy, I think it was somethin' the powers that be here did to make the site a lot more cache friendly. I love AOL...certainly do get my money's worth out of it. One of the main pluses for me is the Toby dj's radio station on there...love it!!!
